So close to a deal both sides were happy with but then they did a bait and switch (twice). Worked with Saad Laouaouda and his manager, Mike. Saad hasn't been working there for too long, seems like a nice guy, but he definitely didn't have all his facts in order before negotiating the price and the condition of the car. I was looking at a used GTI that was less than a year old. Through phone conversations and e-mail it was stated they would sell it as a CPO (certified pre-owned car). This was stated numerous times. Awesome, right? Much more peace of mind on my part. But when it came down to the wire, and after a pricing snafu that added around $700 to the out-the-door cost, they took that promise back. To everyone I know in the car business and to all the people I talked to afterwards they were shocked and said it was a good thing I got out of there without a deal. Just a big red flag.

Couple of other things to note, they won't really answer any questions through e-mail and will try to get you in the door. Good strategy on their part but is another reason maybe not to come here. The building, showroom, and waiting area are pretty nice though. Very clean and appealing to stay in for 3.5 hours.

I have heard them be talked up by others, saying their good people. Use your own best judgement I guess.
