Working at Bosch Romania has been an amazing journey for me. The company provides a conducive and inclusive work environment where you feel valued and appreciated. The projects are exciting and you get to work with talented and experienced colleagues. The management team is supportive and encourages innovation. The only thing that could be improved is the communication between different teams, but overall, it's an excellent company to work for.
