I had a mixed experience with Souter PR. Overall, I would say their services are average. They were responsive to my inquiries but I felt that their approach lacked creativity. The team was friendly and professional, but the results they delivered weren't outstanding. I expected more from a PR company of their reputation. However, I appreciate their efforts and dedication to the project.
