Tyler is a one of the best recruiters I have spoke with. He actually understands construction and is well connected. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on in the market and who was building what. He was extremely professional, but down to earth. I guess the reason I liked Tyler's approach was because he didn't try sell me and force a company down my throat as the greatest. He had many positions open ( real jobs not contracts)but focused on learning about me and want I wanted. Nice job kid!
