I recently used Fox Valley Travel INC for a vacation to Hawaii and I must say it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth and their website was easy to navigate. However, the customer service could have been better. The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable and it took a while for them to respond to my inquiries. Overall, it was an okay experience.
