Overall, we've had really good luck renting from Candlewood. Whenever we have an issue, they take care of it almost immediately and in a completely satisfactory way. Plus they were kind enough to work with us while we were still stationed a ways away, sending us all the documents and allowing my parents to visit apartments when we couldn't. The apartment itself is nothing special, but it's well maintained, and quiet. We've renewed our lease with them twice now, and would definitely recommend them to any incoming UWSP students looking for a good place to live.
