I hired a landscaping company for my backyard project, and although they did an okay job, I wasn't completely satisfied with the results. The end product was decent, but I felt that Urbanscapes, LLC could have done a better job. Communication was good, but the attention to detail wasn't as great as I expected. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
