wow...tried 5 times today to call Ikea for some in...

wow...tried 5 times today to call Ikea for some info on a bookcase finish, my call was dropped 5 times...I tried to call corporate offices..same thing..3 times...worst customer service ever...I would never order from a place I can't reach..I mean what if I had a problem?
