I have been a customer of Glass Elevator for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. The website glasselevate.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the customer support could be improved. There have been a few instances where I had to wait a long time to get a response to my queries. Overall, I would rate Glass Elevator as an average company.
