Our basement flooded, submitted maintenance ticket, nothing was done until they came for move out inspections over a week later, and the basement had flooded a second time by then(one of the bedrooms is in the basement).

Additionally, when I was finding a new place away from Main St. They took so long to respond to an information request I missed out on not just my first but also second choice apartment.

Now, the last month before move out they have weekly inspections because the city is doing an inspection and they want to pretend they are fixing the place up to appease the city, even though the basement walls are curved inward and you can see sunlight through some of cracks in the cinderblocks.

Will update post after moving out and getting security deposit back. From our experience so far with Main St. I'm sure it'll be a hassle.
