I recently tried out Poly/Sharp Knife Service, Inc. for the first time based on a friend's recommendation, and I must say I am impressed. The knife sharpening service is top-notch. The knives came back sharper than ever before. The website was easy to navigate and the turnaround time was quick. Highly recommend!
