The hotel was nice, but it fell short of my expect...

The hotel was nice, but it fell short of my expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the facilities were outdated. The food at the restaurant was good, but not exceptional. I expected more considering the price I paid for my stay. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, just not great.
