I had a mixed experience with Hr reflections - executive search firm. Some aspects of their service were excellent, while others were lacking. The company website (hrreflections.com) was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made it convenient for me to find information about their services. However, the overall communication could have been better. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response, which was frustrating. In terms of the quality of candidates provided, they were mostly average. I expected more exceptional candidates considering their reputation as an executive search firm.
