I had an average experience with Embroidery express. The website was user-friendly and I found their pricing to be reasonable. However, the quality of the products I received was not up to par. The embroidery was uneven and the colors were not as vibrant as I expected. I had some issues with customer service as well, as they were not very responsive to my concerns. Overall, it was an okay experience.
