I had a bit of a mixed experience with Touchpoint Worldwide. The website touchpointworldwide.com was user-friendly, but their customer service was disappointing. It was difficult to get a response from them, and when I did, it took a while for them to address my concerns. There is definitely room for improvement in this area.
