Intercept technology inc. is an average company with decent products and services. I have been a customer of theirs for a few years now and while they do deliver what they promise, there is nothing extraordinary about their offerings. The customer service is good and they respond to queries promptly, but they could definitely improve in terms of innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
