I ordered and paid for a bed for my daughter on January 7 and other bedroom set for by son on May 2. The first has been almost 7 months, the second almost 3 months. The true issue here is the absolute lack of customer service. I cannot get anyone to take ownership and tell me exactly where my furniture is. I have literally BEGGED for someone to locate my orders and call me with an actual update so I can decide whether to keep my orders active or to just cancel them. NO CHANCE! Customer service is horrible. I wonder if the Canadian franchise is going out of business because all of a sudden my calls are being filtered straight to their US phone lines. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. Once you commit you will find the service plummets and you are the owner of a very expensive membership which has little value.
I JUST VERIFIED IT - CANADA SHUT DOWN! BUYER BEWARE!
