👍 The Sidney Albert Albany JCC is a fantastic place to work out. The facilities are clean and well-equipped, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The group classes are a lot of fun and offer a great way to stay motivated. I have been going to the JCC for a while now and I can see a significant improvement in my overall fitness level. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and inclusive fitness center. 👍
