Day 1, arrived we were checked in, very polite and happy reception team, went to our room it wasn't ready, dirty towels everywhere, no bed made but the worse bit, it was old, really old, stained old bath tub, mattress, tiles, worn carpet, disgusting. Straight back to reception to be told there are newer nicer rooms available???? So why not offer those initially? Arrived at new room later, it was indeed better/newer however we have my 13 yr old son with us and had booked a single bedroom apartment with a sofa bed for him, the sofa bed wasn't made up, we called housekeeping to ask for someone to come and make the bed up, to be told 'no, that's not a service we provide, the bedding is there, do it yourself' shocked at that response we insisted as we had paid for a room for 3 of us, they should provide a made up bed for all 3 of us? They eventually agreed and said someone would come over, we went out and came back to no bed made up. My partner then went back to reception again to speak to the manager, housekeeping then accused us of leaving a dnd sign on the door, like we'd do that when we were waiting for them to come and make the bed up? Eventually housekeeping arrived, made the bed up and all was happy, until I had a shower and the bath tub doesn't drain properly, takes forever, I really can't be bothered anymore. Just to say I will never be back here again and if anyone else is considering this place, don't.
