I worked with Susan Meeks for over 10 years as a property manager and then just recently to sell my property. Susan has been great for us with quick notifications when repairs needed to be made to quick response to getting them completed. I was also very happy with the costs and the work that was performed in my house over the years. Whenever the property became vacant, she worked hard to get a tenant into the property and I rarely in 10+ years had more than a couple days vacancy between tenants. When selling the property, she kept me informed along the way and made great recommendations on price changes and repairs to get the property sold quickly.
