I recently took my dog to Shaggy Shack Pet Resort Spa and I must say it was an average experience. The facility was clean and well-maintained, but the staff seemed a bit disorganized. My dog was well taken care of, but I felt like there was a lack of communication regarding his feeding schedule. Overall, I would rate it as an average pet resort.
