Purchasing a bike from Scc tech was a decent experience overall. The website was user-friendly and I found the bike I was looking for easily. However, the customer service could have been better. The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and the staff seemed indifferent. Nevertheless, the bike arrived in good condition and functions well.
