Unpleasant experience during an IELTS test. Couldn't take any breaks during the test as their system was unable to pull out my details due to technical issues. Used pencils and erasers were provided for the exam, the invigilators would actually sharpen those pencils in front of test takers. Prior to the test they sticked a sticker on the back of one's passport, unfortunately those stickers really stuck and left some remain when removed.
