I call about a month to reserve a party room and the DAY of my sons party we go in and get told that we weren't marked down & couldn't even accommodate us to have the party there on the outside of the party rooms where they have TABLES!!!so now VERY UNHAPPY AND INCONVENIENT to find out what the frick to do
