Thankfully Rocco made this as rapid repair as he could. He completed repairs in about an hour and 20 minutes including the time he had to go to/from the warehouse (15 minutes each way) to get the right part.
I am so glad the temperature inside the house is rising from the 54 degrees it was when he arrived.
