I had a mixed experience with Fcfpa Properties INC. Initially, the staff was helpful and responsive, but as time went on, it became clear that they were not as reliable as I had hoped. The property I rented had some maintenance issues that took longer than expected to be resolved. While the overall experience was not terrible, it was not exceptional either.
