My experience with Lake Road Pet Boarding was average overall. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean, but there were a few issues that could have been better. Communication was a bit lacking, as I didn't receive updates as frequently as I would have liked. Additionally, there was an incident where my pet's food was mixed up with another pet's. They rectified the situation, but it was still an inconvenience. I would consider giving them another chance, but they could improve in these areas.
