I LOVE Dena so much. I first got to know Dena when I had a massage with her at the spa at the Bay Club in San Carlos. It was the best massage I have ever had because she incorporated different modalities based on my needs but she is also such an incredible human. She is caring, thoughtful and incredibly empathetic (and has a great sense of humor). I was having some health problems at the time and Dena started coming to my house to give me massages on a weekly basis. Dena is always improving her craft and expanding on her knowledge of different modalities and the human body. I learned so much from her about health, wellness, healing and utilizing essential oils to improve my wellbeing. Her massage oils and body butters are handmade and personalized to your needs. Her lymphatic massages are a must for maintaining your health and she is so knowledgeable about the importance of a healthy lymph system. We always have the most amazing conversations as well that I just feel physically and emotionally stronger each time I see her.
