I've been a member of Next Of Cardio Fitness Cl for several months now, and I'm thrilled with the results I've seen. The trainers are knowledgeable and provide excellent guidance. The classes are challenging but enjoyable. I love the positive and supportive atmosphere. Highly recommended!
