I had a love-hate relationship with Rocket & Mouse. While their products were great, their customer service left a lot to be desired. The website was easy to browse and find what I needed. However, when I had an issue with my order, their support team was unresponsive and it took a long time to get a resolution. Despite the great products, the poor customer service experience left me feeling frustrated.
