It's impossible to get in touch with anyone. No one answers their phones right away and I have been sent to voicemail during working hours so often I would be surprised if anything else happened. This happens with the bookstore, with advising, with enrollment and the operator's station... is this a policy of theirs that no one has to answer phones or what??? So frustrating when I need to get things done.
