I had a mixed experience with Diamonds in Africa. While the quality of the diamond I purchased was excellent, the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed somewhat indifferent and not very knowledgeable. Despite this, I am happy with my purchase and would consider buying from Diamonds in Africa again.
