I had a mixed experience with Colt adv. The customer service was great, but some of the products they offered were subpar. I would give them an average rating overall. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the product I received did not meet my expectations. The quality was lower than I anticipated and it did not work properly. I contacted customer service and they were responsive and helpful. They offered to replace the product or provide a refund. I appreciated their willingness to solve the issue, but it was still disappointing to receive a faulty product in the first place. I hope they improve their quality control in the future.
