Called to cancel policy and request a refund of premium for the month of April. I was not only changing jobs and no longer needed policy but with covid and the state shut down, couldn t use the insurance anyway. Someone was supposed to look into it and get back with me. Now more than 2 months later no refund because employee made no note in my account regarding the refund request. Seriously? Keep my $104 Considering the reviews here, you need it more than I do.
