I use flight centre to book all my trips and have always been happy. My latest trip was was booked with Paulina Zielinska she found me a good deal to Bali, I was happy. Then the ash cloud happend and I was stranded. Not good as I m self employed. Rang Paulina today a bit desperate, she spent hours back and forth with me trying her best to get me out of here! How she managed it I will never know! but Ill be home Friday morning!!!! I know I won t be book with anyone else after this stroke of genius. 5 stars from me
