Outstanding customer service where they went out of there way to assist me with my buckle order. Communication was detailed, thorough and timely, order tracking spot on, notifying me of production details and a completion date for my Buckle which I greatly appreciated. Just a all around wonderful experience. Frankly they are the best in the Industry and I want to make sure folks hear it from this Cowboy who has dealt with many buckle manufacturing companies!
