Lifts taken over by Kempen Lifts and then the warranty changes from 2 years to 1/2 year. While legally 2 years. Do not solve a guarantee case but send invoices .... On what basis it is not clear. Watch out doing business with this firm. Not nice if you are treated like this as a new customer.
