I have been a regular at Sonic Yoga for quite some time now, and I can confidently say that it is by far the best yoga studio I have ever been to. The classes are always challenging yet nurturing, and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and attentive. The beautiful space and calming ambiance add to the overall experience. If you haven't tried Sonic Yoga yet, you are missing out!
