On the positive side, the company's prices were competitive and the quality of their work was satisfactory. The technicians who performed the maintenance services were knowledgeable and professional. However, there were a few occasions when appointments were rescheduled without prior notice, causing inconvenience. Overall, while the company provided an average level of service, improvements could be made in terms of responsiveness and communication with customers.
