I booked a flight through Jet7 Heaven, and overall, it was a satisfactory experience. The website was easy to navigate, and the booking process was straightforward. However, the customer service could use some improvement. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and not very helpful. I would consider using Jet7 Heaven again, but only if I couldn't find better options.
