Stayed for three nights in the compass club. Lounge was very nice with breakfast and afternoon tea offering a slightly more peaceful atmosphere. Staff were friendly and approachable. The main reason I am giving this three stars is due to the lack of attention to detail. There were many small problems that were very much avoidable. For example none of the ice machines on our floor worked. While traversing the hotel to find on that worked there were also many trays room service food outside of doors which remained there for some time. The safe in one of our rooms was locked when we arrived. It took two days of constant reminders to finally get someone to the room. Worst of all the premium services offered with the compass club were not always completed. The bags took a whole evening to get to the rooms and one day the rooms were not tidied.

Tl;dr A pleasant experience but lots of little let downs.
