My experience at Horseshoe Bay Resort was average....

My experience at Horseshoe Bay Resort was average. The location was beautiful, but I felt that the service could have been better. The staff was friendly, but there were some instances where they seemed overwhelmed and not able to provide prompt assistance. The rooms were clean, but they lacked some modern amenities that I would have expected from a resort of this caliber. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I expected more from Horseshoe Bay Resort.
