I recently had the opportunity to utilize the services of a property management firm and stumbled upon their website. I must say, I had an average experience with them. It would have been helpful to have more comprehensive explanations of what they can provide for property owners like myself. Despite this, I did appreciate their prompt response to my initial inquiry. The communication was professional and efficient. However, once I decided to proceed and engage their services, the follow-up was not as consistent as I had hoped.
