I had a mixed experience with a local therapist. The service was average, and the therapist seemed disengaged at times. While they provided some helpful insights, I expected a more empathetic approach. The sessions felt rushed, and I didn't feel fully heard. I believe there might be better options out there. However, the convenient location was a plus.
