The bed frame I bought "disappeared" when I went to pick it up. The sofa's great! The table shakes... Could've bought something like it for less at IKEA. Refund process (for the bed frame) takes about 7 business days. Overall, I wouldn't recommend - unless you already 100% know what you want. Then at least their sales team is pretty good.
