We were here again for the 5th time and - damn good - they always do it again. Totally casual atmosphere, where Hospitality is written with a capital letter. Super quality for an average price. Where do you eat for 7 tens of 4 courses at Michelin level with wine arrangement (including Grand Cru Champagne) and coffee? And all this with that genuine smile. It was mega busy (2 large groups of more than 30 people), restaurant packed, but no mistake. At most a little delay, but far above expectations when it is that busy. The service is genuinely interested, donates very generous glasses without paying extra and does everything to make you happy. A young lady who served us had only just started working there, but was able to participate in terms of the established order. How do they do this again and again?
