I recently hired a media company to create content for my business, and overall, I had an average experience. Although the end result was satisfactory, I felt that there were some areas that could have been improved. The communication was not as smooth as I would have liked, and there were a few delays in the delivery of the final product. However, the team at Sugar River Media was professional and receptive to feedback. They were able to make some adjustments based on my preferences, and I appreciate their willingness to work with me.
