The food at Ed's Easy Diner was average. It wasn't exceptional, but it wasn't bad either. The service was friendly, but a bit slow. The atmosphere was nice and I enjoyed the retro vibe. I would consider giving it another try in the future, but overall, it left me with a mixed impression.
