I recently hired Custom Resurfacing Specialists, INC to resurface my kitchen countertops. The overall experience was okay. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. The team was professional and completed the job on time. However, there were some areas where the coating didn't seem to adhere properly, and there were a few small chips in the surface. They were willing to come back and fix these issues, but it was a bit inconvenient to have them return. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
