The overall experience with Rated was quite average. I found their customer service to be satisfactory, but the quality of their products left much to be desired. The website was easy to navigate and the purchasing process was smooth. However, the products I received didn't meet my expectations. The pricing was reasonable, but I expected better quality for the price. I hope Rated takes customer feedback into consideration and improves their products in the future.
